Steps for Pan-fried tenderloin

Cut the tenderloin into 1.5 cm thick slices.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Put vinegar, whipped cream, kalvfond and water in a bowl and mix well.

Fry on both sides and color for about 3 minutes.
