Steps for stir-fried garlic sprouts with fresh squid

Pick and wash the garlic sprouts. (The garlic sprouts here are relatively old, and some of them must be peeled off.)

Slice ginger for later use.

Tear off the black membrane on the surface of the fresh squid, remove the internal organs, wash it, and cut it into two pieces.

Put water in the pan, bring ginger slices and cooking wine to a boil, and quickly blanch the fresh squid until slightly rolled. (I basically poured in fresh squid, took a photo immediately and fished it out.)
