Steps for stir-fried river shrimp

Cut the shrimps to remove the whiskers, wash and drain.

Chop ginger, garlic cloves, and millet peppers, and cut green and red peppers into slices.

Cut into green onions into sections and set aside.

Heat the oil pan, add ginger, garlic cloves, and millet pepper and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in the river shrimp and stir fry, stir-fry the water of the river shrimp to dry, add cooking wine and stir fry.

Add green and red peppers and stir fry.

Add salt, soy sauce and appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add green onions and stir well and turn off the heat.
