Steps for Leek Box

Chop the washed leeks, add appropriate amount of salt and a small amount of oil.

Beat the eggs until used.

Mix dough with warm water, make dough soft, and let stand for ten minutes.

Pull the dough to uniform size.

Roll it into a round skin.

Spread the shredded leeks on half of the dough and spread evenly. Spoon the egg liquid with a spoon and pour evenly onto the leeks.

Mix with the top skin and glue it evenly around.

Pan over low heat, hold with your hands and place it in the pan, and slowly bake it.
