Recipe Recommendations
- chicken half a
- potatoes 3 only
- flour 1 and a half bowls
- ginger appropriate amount
- red pepper appropriate amount
Steps for wok surface

Cut potatoes into hob pieces for later use.

Cut the chicken into slices and marinate in cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Shred the ginger, and break the red peppers into half by hand.

Heat oil in a wok and saute shredded ginger and red pepper until fragrant.

Add the chicken nuggets and a small amount of cooking wine and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir the chicken until it changes color.

After changing color, pour in 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce and 2 bowls of water. It is better to add a little more water.

Mix the flour into dough, let go for 10 minutes, then roll it into a thin dough and cut it into strips about 1cm wide.

Add potatoes, bring to a boil over high heat, add salt and stir well. Place the wide noodles in the pan and simmer slowly over low heat.

After the soup is almost dry, you can take it out of the pot.
