Steps for Guyuan Mantou

Mix all ingredients together and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of water and knead into a smooth dough.

Cover the warm and soft area with plastic wrap and ferment to twice the size.

Remove the air, knead the dough vigorously for 10 minutes, and wake up for another 15 minutes.

Roll the awakened dough into long strips.
