Steps for Strawberry custard pudding

Put white sugar into the eggs and beat them with chopsticks. Wash the strawberries and slice them for later use.2
Slowly pour the milk into the egg liquid, you can pour it multiple times. When pouring, stir well with chopsticks, pour it for a second time, and so on until all the milk is poured.3
Filter the stirred milk and egg liquid twice with a sieve to remove the air bubbles, and put it into the pan with cold water.(Don't cover the lid tightly, leave a small gap to avoid steaming beehives.) After boiling the water, steam for 15 minutes. Don't rush after turning off the heat. Take it out, simmer for 2 minutes, then open the lid, and add the chopped strawberry slices.
