Steps for Tremella pear syrup

1
Material map (1 and a half white fungus, 2 medlar, 2 red dates, 2 pear).
2
After soaking the tremella in water for 10 minutes, cut the whole flower into several parts so that the tremella can be fully soaked. After 30 minutes of soaking, cut the pedicles with scissors, and then cut them into small pieces. Wash and drain the cut tremella.
3
Wash and drain wolfberry, red dates, and pear separately, and cut pear into small pieces.
4
Wash the pressure cooker and add tremella, pear, red dates, and wolfberry in turn, and add appropriate amount of water to the pan.
5
Cover the pot and turn off the heat immediately until it makes a sizzling sound. (Cooking things in a pressure cooker usually cooks quickly, and there is still sugar left unput, so the heat must be turned off as soon as it makes a sound.)
6
After the pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid, take a small basin and put 8 tablespoons of white sugar (it would be better if there is rock sugar, because there is no rock sugar at home, so use white sugar instead) Add white sugar over low heat, and stir well.
7
Turn off the heat when the sugar is melted. (The tremella can't be too bad, it's fun to bite until it is crisp.)
