Steps for Sauteed pork slices with lettuce

Peel and wash the lettuce.

Cut lettuce into slices, marinate with 1 tsp salt for 3 minutes, then wash and set aside.

Cut the pork into slices.

Chop the green onions and garlic, and chop the red pepper to the ground.

Pour the oil into the pan, first add the meat slices and stir fry.
