Kaibian shrimp
By AmelyBode
Hehe, I went to a restaurant for dinner with my senior brother in the Department of Civil Engineering at the university the day before yesterday and ordered this shrimp. I came back online to check the recipe for this open-edge shrimp. I really found it. I bought some shrimp today and tried it out. The effect felt quite delicious! I even want to eat the shell. It's really good to eat.

Steps for Kaibian shrimp

1
Wash the shrimps, use scissors to remove the shrimps, and use a knife to cut the middle of the shrimps. Prepare a sharp knife at home. My knife is not very sharp and I can't cut the shrimps. I haven't done it well.
2
Cut the minced garlic, chopped green onion and ginger
3
Heat a little peanut oil in the pan, put 1/2 of the minced garlic and ginger into the pan and stir-fry it slightly yellow.
4
Put the remaining minced garlic into the pan, stir fry with appropriate amount of salt and a little soy sauce for 20 seconds.
5
Pour the stirred garlic ingredients onto the shrimp.
6
Heat the water, put the shrimp away and steam it for 6 minutes, and it's done!
