Preliminary processing: Soak the kelp for more than 10 minutes, wash it, and cut it into inch strips with a knife; wash the five-spice bean skins, and cut it into 2 cm strips with a knife; cut the ginger off the skin for later use, and cut the skinless ginger into pieces for later use; wash the green onions and cut it into pieces for later use.2
Put oil in a frying pan, stir-fry chopped green onion and shredded ginger to create fragrance, pour in the seaweed and stir fry for 2 minutes, add water, ginger skin, sausage slices, and salt, and cook for 5 minutes, then add bean skin and cook for 2 minutes, add chicken essence and start the pan.
