fennel patty
By ElveraBins
I had never eaten fennel before. I went to my boyfriend's small villa in the suburbs last weekend. The vegetables grown in the yard included fennel, chives, and radishes, so I picked some of them back. I heard that fennel is very delicious to make pancakes. So I gave it a try, and the results were really good.

Steps for fennel patty

1
Add hot water to the flour and mix it with flour, stir in one direction with chopsticks, add water a little, and mix it with your hands until it becomes like a snowflake. Know that there is no extra flour or water, knead it into a ball.
2
Put the live noodles in a large bowl, seal with plastic wrap, and wake for 30 minutes.
3
Prepare the meat filling, add some chopped green onion and chopped ginger, add salt, and control the amount yourself. Chicken essence, five-spice powder, sesame oil, olive oil or cooking oil will do. A spoonful of soy sauce, and stir in one direction.
4
Add minced fennel and continue to mix well.
5
After you wake up, grab a small piece, press it flat, and roll it into a round piece with a rolling pin, not too thick.
6
Roll it out and put in the meat filling. You can put more, and then knead it like making buns.
7
Just like this, and then press it gently again to flatten it slightly. Be sure to be light, or it will break.
8
Then fry it on low heat until both sides are golden brown.
9
It's ready and ready to eat.

I personally prefer to eat garlic with some soy sauce and vinegar. Eat two bites of cake and a small bite of garlic. It's really delicious.
