Steps for Tomato cauliflower

Break the cauliflower into small flowers and soak in light salt water for 20 minutes.

Then blanch it with boiling water and remove it for later use.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Chop the onions and ginger.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives and ginger.

Add the blanched cauliflower and stir fry well.

Add some ketchup.

Season with rose vinegar, salt and sugar.

After stir-frying evenly, add the tomato pieces. Add MSG to freshen up.

Pour in a little water and starch to thin sauce. After the sauce is gelatinized, add appropriate amount of clear oil.
