Pumpkin Baked Rice

This amount can be used to make two pumpkin cups, but there was only one pumpkin left at home, so I spread the other portion on a baking sheet and baked it.

Steps for Pumpkin Baked Rice

Wash the radishes and potatoes, peel and slice them thinly, slice the onions, dice the crab meat stick, cut 1/3 of the cheese into slices, and 2/3 slices.

Put a little base oil in the pan, add the onions and stir-fry until soft.

Add carrot slices and stir-fry.

Add potato slices and stir well.

Pour in appropriate amount of water (whichever is the ingredients left) and bring to a boil over high heat.

Pour in the milk white sauce (because I put it in the refrigerator, it turned into pieces instead of sauce, and it takes a while to boil it).

Cook well, pour in crab meat sticks and cook.

Finally add some salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the little pumpkin in half and remove the flesh (you don't have to remove the meat completely).

Lay a layer of rice at the bottom of the pumpkin box, pour in a layer of prepared vegetables, and sprinkle with diced cheese.

Spread another layer of rice.

Lay another layer of vegetables, cover with cheese slices, place in a preheated 200-poison oven, middle layer, and bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
