Shuiyang Sanbao
People who have been to Xuancheng may all know the four treasures of the study, pen, ink, paper and inkstone, but few people know the local dish of Shuiyang Three Treasures. Shuiyang Three Treasures refer to duck foot buns, duck wings and Shuiyang dried seeds. I don't know which chef had the sudden idea of combining these three treasures into a pot, and it became a popular local specialty dish in Xuancheng, the 'Shuiyang Three Treasures'!

Steps for Shuiyang Sanbao

Shuiyang Three Treasures: Duck foot bag, duck wings, and Shuiyang fragrant dried; Wash them separately and chop the duck wings in half for later use.

Cut the fragrant dried meat into pieces, slice the ginger in slices, cut the garlic in half, and chop the green onions into a clean bowl to set aside. Put a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pan, and add the duck foot buns and duck wings.

Add star anise, cinnamon, tsaoko and ginger slices; add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Cover the lid and bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, the duck foot buns and duck wings will be slightly rotten, and then add the fragrant dried meat and garlic cloves and cook for about 7-8 minutes to taste.

Pour in a little Lee Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce to season and collect the sauce.
