Carrot handmade noodles

I feel like I haven't made hand-rolled noodles for a long time. Originally, I used to make hand-rolled noodles with eggs and dough. Today, I made a colorful noodle, which was made with carrot puree and dough. The taste is very good, better than noodles made with eggs.
Steps for Carrot handmade noodles

Wash the carrots and cut them into small pieces. Put it in a blender and add some water.

Stir for 50 seconds and form mud.

Add salt, carrot puree and dough to flour. Divide into two doses. Stir for 10 minutes.

Roll it into thin slices.

Sprinkle with millet flour and stack.

Cut into evenly wide sides.

Brush it up with your hand.

Pour water into the pan, bring to a boil, and add the noodles.

Boil the pan for 2 minutes and cook.
