Steps for Doujiao braised noodles

Practice 1: Make your own bacon. I will teach everyone to make bacon in the future.

Practice 2: Cut bacon into slices. The size depends on yourself.

Pour oil into the pan and stir-fry the bacon, add onions, ginger, and cooking wine after frying until fragrant.

Wash the beans and pour them into the pan, add salt and soy sauce, stir fry.

Pour in water for up to a ton of water for 15 minutes. [Be sure to come as many as possible, and you will need the following ones later]

After 15 minutes, use the spoon to make some soup [this is why you pour more water] and set aside.

Put the rolled noodles into the pan and spread evenly.

Then hand over the soup you started riding on the noodles.

Steam on low heat for 30 minutes, then mix well with chopsticks.
