Steps for coconut milk sago

Rinse half a bowl of sago dew with clean water for later use.

Pour water in the pan until it boils, pour in the sago dew and boil over high heat until boiling.

Reduce the heat and stir continuously until there is a small white spot in the middle of the sago, turn off the heat.

Simmer for 5 minutes until the sago is completely transparent and remove.

Rinse the sago juice in cold water 3 times, then remove and drain for later use.

Pour coconut juice into a milk pot and add a few rock sugar cubes, cook until the rock sugar dissolves and cools slightly. Pour the coconut juice into the sago and add the melon pieces. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for half an hour and serve.
