Steps for steamed bass

    Wash the salmon, cut the green onions into sections (shredded some of the green onions), and shredded ginger.

    Put three sections of scallion white parts under the basin, and place them on top of the fish after sorting out the fish (put shredded ginger and scallion sections in the fish belly)

    Bring the water to a boil, put the salmon on the plate and steam it for about 8-10 minutes. (You can use chopsticks to insert the fish into the thicker parts of the fish. If you can insert the chopsticks, the fish will be cooked. On the contrary... just as you know, steam for another two minutes)

    Put shredded green onion (white part) on top of the steamed fish, drizzle with hot oil (it is best to boil oil) and steamed fish soy sauce and it's OK!!!
