Hokkaido milk toast

Hokkaido milk toast
Since I failed the toaster, I have basically never used it to bake bread. It was just used to mix dough. It was very easy to use, and my hands have been freed since then.

A few days ago, a colleague called and said that he had bought a bread machine, but the bread baked was rough, had holes, and had a bad taste. It became even more difficult to swallow after standing for a day. This was the case after making several loaves of bread. My colleagues were very disappointed and said that it was too far from what was promoted on TV and what they expected.

There is also a friend who also wants to buy a toaster. They don't have an oven at home and want to use the toaster to bake bread directly.

I decided to give it a try first to accumulate some experience for my friends.

Hokkaido milk toast is my favorite bread very much. It is soft and mellow, and has endless aftertaste in the mouth...

The practice refers to wheat and small orders on the edge of the city.

Hot bread is baked! I couldn't wait to let it cool, so I broke it off and tasted it. The outer skin was crispy and the inside was soft. It was great!

The choice of bread, flour and yeast is important. High-gluten flour must be used for flour. Yeast is also a special yeast for bread. Ordinary yeast bought in supermarkets cannot do it.
