Golden green beans

I learned this recipe from Taiwanese cuisine. My son fell in love with it the first time he cooked it and asked me to cook it for him often. Salted egg yolk really tastes delicious, but you can't eat it often. Make it occasionally.

Steps for Golden green beans

Pick and wash the green beans.

Crush cooked salted egg yolls with a spoon.

Put the green beans in boiling water and blanch until done.

Pick up and rinse into cold water to keep it green.

Heat the oil pan, add the salted egg yolk and stir-fry until big bubbles arise.

Pour in green beans and stir well.

Warm tip: The salted egg yolk I use is not very salty, so add salt to taste it. If the egg yolk is very salty, add less or no salt.
