Pork snail chili sauce
By LucasHarris
Tianluo chili sauce is a sauce with a strong Jiangxi Fengcheng flavor. Salty, fresh and delicious, because fresh peppers and paprika powder are used, the spicy taste is more layered! Coupled with the natural slight sweetness of river snails, this meat sauce has a richer taste! Coupled with moderately fat pork paste, it makes the river snails unproductive, soft and delicious! Bring the deliciousness of the field snail into full play!

If the pan feels a little dry while stirring, you can add an appropriate amount of rice wine or cooking wine. I use rice wine because the rice wine is a little sweet and can adjust the taste!
