Steps for Scrambled eggs with fungus and double pepper

Soak the fungus first.

Wash the red and green peppers and cut them into strips for later use. Wash and chop the fungus for later use. Beat the eggs and add appropriate amount of cooking wine to them.

Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid and fry for a while. Slice it to disperse.
