It is not enough to describe this cake as graceful. Due to my limited level, I really can't think of anything to describe this sweet and delicious dragon fruit two-color mousse. Dragon fruit itself has no special flavor. It is very fragrant and has some sweetness. It tastes better when mixed with dairy products. This mousse tastes sweet, not greasy or dry.
