- coconut a big spoonful
- milk a bag
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- salt half a spoonful
- cream a spoonful
- butter 3 scoops
- black sesame 2 tablespoons
- baking powder 1/5 spoon
Steps for coconut bread

Mix all ingredients together and ferment for 5 hours.

After fermentation, knead out the air, wake up for ten minutes, divide it into 4 portions, roll it into a cake shape and wrap it in the mashed coconut. (I forgot to take a photo of it, just add a spoonful of butter and a spoonful of sugar and milk to heat and stir in water)

Use scissors to cut the cross first.

Cut 12 times in total and fold in half.

Place it into the oven at 160° C and heat together with the upper and lower tubes for 25 minutes.
