Steps for Home-style leek box

1
Prepare the ingredients (I forgot to pat the flour inside).
2
Sprinkle a small amount of hot water into the flour to form a snowflake, add appropriate amount of water, knead it to form a smooth dough, and set aside to soak for 30 minutes.
3
Beat the eggs, cut the ham into cubes, set aside.
4
Add oil in a pan, heat the oil, add egg liquid and stir-fry until fragrant, use a spatula in the pan, and shovel it up for later use.
5
Put the ham cubes into the pan, saute until fragrant, and shovel them up for use.
6
Wash and chop the leeks, add the stir-fried chopped eggs and ham, then stir in a suitable amount of salt, cumin powder, chicken essence and sesame oil, mix well to form a filling.
7
After the dough is melted, rub it into long strips, and cut it into pieces larger than the dumpling dough.
8
Roll out a piece of dough into a round thin sheet and place it on a small plate with leek filling in the middle.
9
Fold the dough sheet in half and pinch the edges tightly.
10
Pick up and weave lace by hand.
11
Put the right amount of oil in the pan and drain into the leek box.
12
Slowly bake over medium to medium heat until both sides are golden yellow and serve on a plate (after coloring one side, turn over, cover and simmer).
