Black jujube honey sauce chicken nuggets

This was one of my family's dinners last night. I personally prefer the taste of chicken leg meat. If I use chicken breast meat to make this dish, the taste may be worse.

First soak the black dates in rice wine for later use. Cut the chicken leg into strips, about 1cm wide, marinate them with salt and a little soy sauce paste, and fry them until the skin becomes crisp.2
After fishing out, put the nine-story pagoda into the pan and fry it crispy, and spread it on a plate.3
Then mix the sugar, white vinegar, and water in the ratio of 1:1:2 and put them into the pan. When the juice becomes thick, add a little soy sauce (just a little bit, mainly to make the color look good), and pour in the chicken nuggets and black dates, and also add rice wine.4
The juice is collected on fire. Put it on top of the fried nine-story tower and you can start.
