Steps for Multi-layer bean paste roll

1
400g of high-gluten flour, 4 g of yeast powder, 10g of white sugar, 220ml of warm water at 40 degrees.
2
100g of bean paste filling; you can also cook it yourself.
3
Add white sugar and yeast to the flour, add warm water, stir until dough, and then knead until smooth dough.
4
Leave it in a warm place to ferment until it reaches 2--2.5 times the size.
5
Knead the fermented dough evenly to discharge the gas, and divide into evenly sized doses.
6
Take a dose and roll it into an oval cake shape.
7
Spread the bean paste filling evenly.
8
After rolling it up, grow everything in half.
9
Pick up one, cut it outward, roll it up at both ends inward, and pinch it tightly to form a green roll. You can also stack two strips and roll them up to make them larger and have more layers.
10
Use a wet drawer cloth, cover with green bean paste rolls, and allow for about 20 minutes.
11
Add water to the steamer, add the rough bean paste roll, and gradually heat up. After the water boils, steam for 15 minutes over high heat.
12
After turning off the heat, let stand for 3- 5 minutes before lifting off the lid. You can load the plate.
