Strong scallion cake
Because I haven't done it before, the amount was a little small when I poured water. However, the blessing in disguise was that the cakes I made later were hard, crunchy and very strong. I haven't learned to take pictures yet, so I didn't take pictures too well. It was really beautiful when I made it.

Steps for Strong scallion cake

1
Put hot water into the dough, knead it on the dough, leave aside to wake for about 20 minutes, and cover it with a cloth heated with hot water. When you wake up, wash the green onions and cut them, and mix the chopped green onions with vegetable oil and add salt (I also added some pepper powder to add aroma). After waking up, knead the dough for a while, then rub the dough into a cylindrical shape, squeeze it into small balls the size of an egg, use a rolling bar to roll it into a round cake (roll it thinly), add the mixed onion oil, roll it up, and then press it into a cake (because the dough I made is a little hard, so it is not sticky after rolling it up, and spread it out as soon as I roll it out. Later, I first press it with my hand, try to thin it as possible, and then use the rolling bar to press it open.
2
Put oil in the frying pan, but it doesn't matter much (my first pan was a little dry without oil). Put in the cake and start frying. After turning yellow on one side, cover the surface. Always pay attention to adding oil, otherwise it will dry out.

When I saw that there was some focus on both sides, it was almost there. It was delicious and delicious. I made a total of four cakes, and they were eaten by my in-laws in a while, haha!!
