Japanese-style roast pork

The meat used in this dish is tenderloin pork roasted in Japanese Teraki sauce. It is not greasy at all.

Steps for Japanese-style roast pork

Wash the fillet and cut it into three small pieces.

Prepare the Teryaki sauce.

Squeeze the Teryaki sauce on the meat.

Spread the roast sauce on the meat and soak it overnight.

Place the flooded meat on a roasting sheet.

Brush the sauce every ten minutes or so.

Bake for about half an hour. Finally, cut the grilled meat into slices and serve.
