This is a unique grilled Western food. The reason why it is unique is that the fruit filling is added to the grilled steak, which tastes both the mellow aroma of steak and the fragrance of jam. The two are combined into one, which is truly seamless.

    Add cognac and water in a small saucepan and heat, then add cranberries and chopped apricots and cook for 10 minutes to thicken and serve the filling.
