Steps for Fried rice with fish and rice

Thaw the snapper pieces, wash them, cut them into coarse cubes, mix with salt, pepper, and egg yolk, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare rice, green pepper kernels, shredded ginger, chopped green onion and corn kernels (the corn kernels must be boiled first).
