The method is very simple, and I am afraid that many people will know how to do it and have done it before ~
1: Mix the chopped and washed small steaks (steaks with little fat are more delicious) with starch and refined salt, stir with a little oil, and rinse 1 tablespoon of barbecued pork sauce with appropriate amount of boiling water for later use.
2: Remove the pan and add a little peanut oil to saute the garlic slices until fragrant (I use pork ribs with fat meat, so I don't need too much oil to put the pan)
3: Put the marinated steak into the pan and fry until the oil becomes golden yellow (because the steak I bought is fat, so there is too much oil to drain off)
4: Pour in the barbecued pork sauce mixed with boiling water and put it on the pan, stir fry the pork chop. If there is too much juice, cover the lid and simmer for a few minutes until the soup is thick. When collecting the juice, stir the stir-fried pork chop ribs, dip them in the juice, and place them evenly on a plate. Sprinkle with some white sesame seeds ~

This saute pork chop with roasted pork sauce saves time. You can directly mix the roasted pork sauce on the steak when the ribs are ripe and ready to be taken out of the pot. You can stir fry it a few times. I just am afraid that the sauce will be too thick and burnt if I directly apply it.
