This is a very appetizing meatball. Make more and freeze it in the refrigerator. When you need to eat, bake in the oven for 15 minutes. It is very suitable for people with a fast pace of work.

  • bacon 2 tablets
  • chopped parsley 1/4 cup
  • garlic 2 capsules
  • shredded cheese 3 tablespoons
  • large eggs one
  • nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon

Steps for Mini meatballs

    In a large bowl, whisk the beef, bacon, parsley, garlic, white wine, bread crumbs, eggs, nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon until well. Leave to strength and make into 40 meatballs.

    Place the meatballs in a single layer on a large plate and freeze for 1 hour, then transfer to a sealed plastic bag to continue freezing, labeling and dating.

    When using meatballs, remove them directly from the refrigerator and place them in a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 400F. Bake meatballs until done, about 15 minutes.
