    Remove the bones of the chicken legs, chop the flowers on the back of the knife, poke the holes in the meat skin, marinate with 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, 1 spoonful of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, shredded green onion for 1 hour, 1 spoonful of honey, 1 spoonful of warm water, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, 1 spoonful of light soy sauce (the steamed fish soy sauce I use) and mix well for later use (forgot to take it).
