Dry stir-fried beans
Dried stir-fried beans are a common dish at home and are also very delicious. Most people choose to fry them in oil, but I personally think they are still delicious.

Steps for Dry stir-fried beans

  • Make step 0
    1
Choose fresh beans (the beans should be tender, it will taste better this way), wash them and dress them into small pieces with your hands.
  • Make step 1
    2
Shred green onions, ginger, dried peppers, pat the garlic with a knife and then slice it, and set aside pepper. These are preferably three to four times or more of the usual cooking, so that they will be more authentic.
  • Make step 2
    3
Prepare the frying pan to heat it without putting in oil. The pan I use is not very beautiful, hehe.
  • Make step 3
    4
Add the beans and stir-fry over medium to medium heat, not too high.
  • Make step 4
    5
Stir fry constantly in the middle, otherwise the beans will easily burn. This process takes about ten minutes. Stir dry the water and take it out of the pot for later use.
  • Make step 5
    6
Heat the pan and put in the oil, add the pepper, and fry it over low heat until the aroma of the pepper overflows. If the heat is too high, the pepper will easily burn away.
  • Make step 6
    7
Change the heat to add dried peppers, garlic, ginger, and onions in turn and stir fry.
  • Make step 7
    8
Add the beans and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
  • Make step 8
    9
It is a little fuzzy because of the smoke. In about two minutes, the beans have completely dried up. Add salt and stir well to serve the pan.
  • Make step 9
    10
The fragrant dry-stir-fried beans would be great. They look average but are really delicious.
