Steps for Sweet and sour scallop meat

Thaw scallop meat and asparagus for later use.

Heat up half a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, fry the asparagus and serve on a plate.

Chop red pepper.

Add lemon juice, honey, black pepper and salt and mix well to form a sauce. Set aside.

Drizzle scallops with a little oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper and marinate for 5 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the skillet and heat it, add the scallops and fry for about 1 minute on each side. Serve and drizzle with sauce.
