Yellow peach pudding
The heat makes people want to eat cool food. Pudding is what I always wanted to make, but I never implemented it! Too lazy! Let's try it out today. It's quite easy to make. It's much simpler than making the cake yesterday. It was a success the first time I made it. I think this dessert is suitable for beginners and simple ones are suitable for me. I don't like desserts very much, but I fell in love with this pudding after I finished it. It's so delicious, smooth and tender that melts in the mouth, and has a faint milky aroma in the mouth. When my friend saw me making this pudding, he thought it was a purchase. He said that it was so beautiful and would he be willing to eat it? What a sense of accomplishment! Haha!

1. Put the milk + light cream into the pan and stir well, then add the white sugar and mix, and heat over low heat until it boils slightly and leaves the heat.
3
Soak one and a half slices of gelatine in ice water until soft, add to the milk mixture and stir until melted.

Add to milk mixture and stir until melted.5
Put the 7 petals of yellow bamboo in a blender and stir into peach puree, leaving 1 petal for decoration.6
Add 1/2 of the yellow peach puree to the pudding liquid and mix well.7
Soak the other half of the geldine tablet in cold water to soften and add to the remaining peach puree (take a large bowl of hot water, put the vessel containing the peach puree, and remove the geldine tablets after they have melted).8
Pour the pudding liquid into a container and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until the pudding liquid solidifies. (I hurriedly put it in the freezer and ate it in 30 minutes).9
Remove the solidified pudding from the refrigerator, drizzle with the remaining peach puree and serve! Or put it in the refrigerator for a while and eat it.10
