Add flour and baking powder to knead into a smooth dough and ferment until about twice the size.

Stir the pork into meat paste with a blender, add minced ginger, chopped green onion, cooking wine, chicken essence, and salt.

Add some jelly and stir the light soy sauce in one direction.

Divide the dough into small doses, flatten it and wrap it in the meat filling. After wrapping, let it rest for half an hour.
