Almond tofu is a summer food among Beijing snacks and a very famous dessert. It is mainly made of sweet almonds, ground with water, boiled, frozen and condensed, and cut into slices. Almond tofu practice: 1. Agar can be used in accordance with the proportion stated in the packaging instructions. I thought the agar tasted more strong, so I used less appropriately.
