There is a high chance of eating seaweed in summer because it is simple and easy to make, and it is refreshing and delicious when used to stew soup! Coupled with the big bones stewed in such a pot, it is refreshing and not greasy!

Steps for Kelp bone soup

Wash away the blood from the big bone.

Soak your hair in dry seaweed in warm water.

Boil appropriate amount of boiling water in the pan, boil the bones for two minutes, remove and rinse off the blood foam.

Put the bones and seaweed in a rice cooker, add a small amount of cooking wine and cook for about an hour, add salt before taking out of the pan.
