Stewed pork knuckles with peanuts
By BartCollier
Peanut stewed pork knuckles is one of my favorite dishes. I used to have this dish in the company canteen. I would make it every time. I mainly like the peanuts in it. It's delicious, haha. Now after changing places, I rarely eat this dish, so I can only go home and cook it myself. The stewed soft pork hands and the soft and fragrant peanuts are very delicious.
