Steps for stir-fried pork with celery

Ingredients: celery, pork slices, small onions, garlic and rice seasoning: soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken flour.

Heat the pan, add oil and saute the shallot and garlic until fragrant.

Add in the pork slices and stir-fry. (Marinate the meat slices with appropriate amount of soy sauce and starch for a while)

Stir fry the pork slices until they are about to break raw.

Add celery and stir-fry.

Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken powder to boil.

Serve the pot immediately when the meat slices are cooked. Don't fry the meat slices too hard.
