Rich fish curry
Generally, the more spices you use, the deeper the flavor of a curry will be, but there is no fixed dogma that stipulates what must be put in to make a curry. There are hundreds of spices in India, and every family has different choices.. Anyone can make a curry, but everyone will make a different taste. This is the magic curry.
Curry is popular. As long as you master a few essentials, cut the ingredients and throw them into the pot to cook, and sprinkle with the seasoning. The chance of failure is also very low. Very easy to do ~

Curry is a very simple and complex dish. Every time I dig deeper, I find more interesting ways to do better. Maybe my method is not perfect enough, but at least it is much better than N years ago ~
