Steps for Dry stir-fried beans

Pick and wash the beans.

Cut the bacon into thin slices.

Add oil in a non-stick pan (a little more than usual), add the beans and stir-fry.

Stir fry until dry and soft, and serve for later use.

Continue to heat the pan, add in the bacon and stir-fry until done.

Add chopped green onion, garlic cloves, and dry red pepper and saute until fragrant.

Add in the beans and stir fry, add in two spoonfuls of soy sauce, a drop of oyster sauce, sprinkle with appropriate amount of pepper powder, salt, and chicken essence, stir fry well.
