Steps for Hot toast

Prepare high-gluten flour and water, and sieve the high-gluten flour and set aside.

Boil the water and pour into the sifted high flour.

Stir until there is no dry flour, knead into a smooth dough, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate in the refrigerator for 18 to 24 hours.

Remove the scalded dough from the refrigerator and return to room temperature; soften the butter at room temperature and cut into small pieces. Pour the whole eggs, butter, and water into the bread bucket; add the high flour; place the white sugar, salt, milk powder, and yeast in the four corners of the bread bucket; tear the hot dough into small pieces and add it into the bread bucket.

Set the "dough dough" program (my toaster program is 8), press the start/stop button, knead the dough for 20 minutes, and knead it into a smooth dough.

Set the "Standard Bread" program for the bread maker (my bread maker program is 1), select the weight to 750 grams, select the color to "Light", and the time is 2:53 minutes. Press the start/stop button to start. (The picture shows the fermented dough)

Don't worry about anything. When all the procedures are completed, the toaster will make a "drip" sound and it will be OK.
