Steps for Kung Pao Chicken

1
First cut the chicken breast into dice, then add a spoonful of soy sauce, grab well and marinate for 5 minutes.
2
After five minutes, add appropriate amount of starch and grasp well.
3
Add a large teaspoon of cooking oil and grasp well.
4
To prepare the diced chicken ingredients, I ran out of green onions when I made it, so I replaced it with green onions. I suggest using green onions (with strong flavor). Cut the green onions into sections, cut the garlic cloves into slices, remove the seeds of the peppers, and break them into two sections for later use.
5
It is best to use cooked peanuts freshly fried (the peanuts have less water and will taste crisp after being heated twice). It is recommended to fry peanuts in a time-saving microwave oven. Prepare proper amount of peanut beans, as shown in the figure, heat for 4 minutes at a time, divide it into two heats, stir halfway, heat for an extra minute (recommended), cool and peel it.
6
Prepare the ingredients for Kung Pao diced chicken, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of chicken soup (which can be replaced with water), and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
7
One and a half teaspoons of salt, three teaspoons of starch, and appropriate amount of soy sauce.
8
Marinated diced chicken, soak in oil, cool the oil, put it into the pan, and use low heat.
9
Use chopsticks to quickly stir and change color
10
Load the plate and stand still for a while.
11
Use a colander to drain off excess water.
12
Leave a small amount of cooking oil at the bottom of the pot and heat it.
13
Add pepper in turn.
14
Immediately after the pepper changes color, add the diced chili chicken and stir fry.
15
Then add the onions and garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
16
Finally, add in the prepared sauce and stir well. Pour in and stir-fry until done.
17
Add the peanuts and take them out of the pan, stir fry them out of the pan and serve on plates.
