Fried Shrimp with Cucumber
A very light dish. Except for salt, no other seasonings were added. The sweetness of the shrimp completely penetrated into the cucumber, and even the boiled soup was sweet. It's really great to use bibimbap.

Steps for Fried Shrimp with Cucumber

Stir well with a little salt and a little oil on the peeled shrimp and marinate.

Peel, remove the seeds and slice the cucumber.

Put oil in a frying pan and heat it up. Add shrimp.

Stir fry shrimps until color changes and serve.

Add additional oil, add cucumber and stir-fry until soft.

Pour in the stir-fried shrimp, add salt and stir well, cover and cook until the cucumber is soft and rotten, and then remove from the pan.
