Steps for Tomato corn

Wash the corn and blanch it for 2 minutes, remove and drain it for later use.

Wash the tomatoes and chop them into small pieces, and cut the green onions into sections.

Open the hot pot and add oil to heat it.

Add diced tomatoes and stir fry (depending on your preference, you can fry the tomatoes until they are like sauce, or you can stir fry slightly).

Then add the corn and stir fry.

Add salt and stir fry with sugar until the sugar has completely melted.

Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve on a plate.
