Steps for Pan-fried chicken steak

1
Beat the chicken breast loose (easy to taste), and divide it into 2 pieces if the pieces are large.
2
Add salt, cooking wine, sugar, shredded onions, and pepper to marinate for 1 hour.
3
The marinated chicken breast is first wrapped in egg white, then wrapped in starch, and finally rolled with breadcrumbs.
4
Put the oil in the pan and fry the chicken steak over low heat until both sides are golden yellow and out of the pan.
5
Add yeast, water, a little sugar, and a little oil to make a smooth dough, and spread until half-baked. (Don't spread too much, usually half the pancakes will do.)
6
Divide into doses of the same size and roll them into steamed buns.
7
Rub the bottom of the pot with oil (not too much), put in green and low heat and brown on both sides until golden brown.
8
You can wrap the chicken steak and eat it!
